The products of the semiconductor fluid precision control system are mainly pneumatic diaphragm valves independently developed and designed, which can withstand higher fluid pressure compared with the pneumatic diaphragm valves on the market. While helping customers reduce production costs, it also meets the requirements of energy conservation and emission reduction.
